The Australian Nudist Federation coordinates and supports National Nude Week to celebrate the nudist lifestyle.  We want to spread the culture of body acceptance and personal freedom that the nudist lifestyle encompasses.  We want everybody to question why they need to wear clothes all the time – nude is natural!  We want you to experience a swim at a beach without sand in your cossies.  Or visit your local nudist venue, you will find nudists are the friendliest bunch of people you will ever meet.

Why not just try something as easy as shedding your pajamas and sleeping nude, or for the more adventurous a skinny dip in the pool at home. Or why not just go the whole way, and nude up at your local nude beach, club or resort? If you are already a nudist, encourage a friend to go nude.
